Swans - My Father Will Guide Me Up a Rope to the Sky

This is the new album from long running New York band the Swans. Well they did breakup for a fair while but they're back. As one of my friends pointed out the other day, all the Swans albums are different and you never exactly know what to expect from a new album. Without giving away any surprises I can reveal that 'My Father Will Guide Me Up a Rope to the Sky' is a great addition to their body of work. For the record, my personal favourite is 'The Great Annihilator'.
